What kinds of occasions are your cards for?

Anything and everything worth celebrating or commemorating. From birthdays, farewells, weddings, new house, retirement, get well soon, thinking of you or just because.

How does it work?

It's beautifully simple. Start by creating your card in seconds – just pop in the recipient's name, choose the occasion and add your email address. You'll then see a live preview of your card. To leave your own message, click 'Add message'. You can write your message from the heart, choose whether you'd like it to be private (so only the recipient sees it), add your name and your email so we can confirm it's from you. When you're happy, just hit 'Add message' – you'll see your message appear on the next available page. To invite others to add their thoughts, memories or well wishes, simply click 'Share card' and copy the unique link to share with others via email, Teams, WhatsApp or any other platform. And when you're ready to send it off into the world, hit 'Send card'.

Do I need to create an account to sign a card?

Not at all. Just click the link, leave your heartfelt message and you're done – no account needed.

Can I try it for free?

Yes you can. You're welcome to create a card and add a message to see how it all works, completely free! You'll only be asked to pay when you're ready to send.

How much does a card cost?

All of our cards are one simple, fixed price with no hidden fees. That includes unlimited pages, unlimited messages, and unlimited heart. You can find all the details on our Pricing page.

How many messages or pages can I add?

As many as you like! A new page will magically appear as soon as you fill the last one, so there's always space for one more heartfelt message.

Can lots of people sign one card?

Yes, absolutely. There's no limit on how many people can add a message. Whether it's just a few close friends or a whole team we believe every voice adds something special. The more heartfelt messages, the more meaningful the card becomes.

How long is the card available?

Forever. Once a card is sent, it's the recipient's to keep. They can return to it anytime using their unique card link, so those kind words and shared memories are always right there when they need them.

Are cards private?

Yes, each card has a unique link that isn't searchable or publicly listed. Only the people you choose to share it with will have access.

How do I invite others to sign the card?

After you've created and paid for your card, you'll get a unique link you can share any way you like – email, text or carrier pigeon (well, maybe not that last one). You can also invite people by email straight from the card.

Can I schedule the card to be delivered on a specific date?

Not just yet, but it's coming soon! In the meantime, you can always create your card early and send it whenever you're ready.

Can I preview the card before sending it?

Of course. You'll be able to see exactly how the card will look to the recipient before you send it. The only exception? If someone has chosen to make their message private, you won't see that message in preview – but don't worry, it'll still be there for the recipient to read.

Editing a card

How do I add an image?

Not yet, but soon! We're working on bringing images and more to Heartfelt, so you can add photos and memories alongside your message.

Can I edit my message?

At the moment, messages can't be edited after they're added. But don't worry, you can easily delete your message and write a new one if you'd like to make a change. We're working on making edits possible in the near future.

Can I change the font and font colour?

Not just yet, but it's on the way. We're working on giving you more ways to personalise your card soon.

What if I need to make changes after sending?

If you've made a mistake or need to update something after sending, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Can I delete a message from the card?

Yes you can. If you've added a message and need to remove it, just click the bin icon next to your message. The organiser, the person who set up the card, can also delete messages if needed.

Payment

What payment methods are available?

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Where can I find my receipt?

We'll send you a receipt to the email address you used when setting up the card, right after you complete your purchase. Be sure to check your spam folder just in case.

Delivery

My card wasn't delivered, what should I do?

First, check if the email might have landed in spam or blocked by a firewall. If that doesn’t work, don’t worry! You can always copy the card’s preview link (it’s the same one we send to the recipient) and share it directly.
